GENERAL PROVISIONS Downloading the Application and entering Personal Data into the Application means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the User's Personal data.
In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User has the right to stop using the Application.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Application.
The Administration of the Application does not verify the accuracy of Personal data provided by the Application User.

If you give us permission, we can collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you are using, including GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you are not using the services if the permission you gave us expressly permits such collection. If you decline permission for us to collect your geolocation, we will not collect it.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION The main reason we use your information is to provide and improve our services. In addition, we use your information to provide you with the most accurate statistics about your intermittent fasting. YOUR RIGHTS We want you to be in control of your information, so we have provided you with the following tools:
Access / Update tools in the service. Tools and account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that is associated with your account directly within the service.
Device permissions. Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phone book and location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
Deletion. You can delete The Application by using the corresponding functionality directly on the device.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.

If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES Because we are always looking for new and innovative ways to help you build meaningful connections, this policy may change over time. We will notify you before any material changes take effect so that you have time to review the changes.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT By downloading the Application Get Fasting: Simple Tracker (hereinafter «Application») and entering your personal data, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Application from time to time. We may do this for a variety of reasons including to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted in the Application, If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance of the changes by reasonable means, which could include notification through the Application or via email. If you continue to use the Application after the changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Agreement.
YOUR ACCOUNT By using this Application and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you make a registration in the Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may disable or delete your account if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services during 1 year.
USER CONTENT We do not own any data, information or material ('Content') that you submit in the Application in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, of all submitted data.

You may cancel a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your
Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period.
